01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "betcin," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at betcin.cam, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "you," or "Account Holder" refers to any natural person who has registered a betcin account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" refers to the individual player profile and associated peso wallet created upon successful registration at betcin.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the betcin platform, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slots, sports betting, bingo, instant games, and any future game categories introduced to the platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to Philippine pesos (PHP) held in a Player's betcin account wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback, or matched deposit amount granted to a Player by betcin pursuant to an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum cumulative wager amount a Player must achieve using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and betcin's own compliance framework.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority that licenses and regulates betcin's online gaming operations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the betcin website, registering an account, or placing any wager through the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with betcin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the betcin platform and close your account. Your continued use of any betcin service following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The betcin platform is accessible exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine gambling law and PAGCOR regulations. betcin enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against underage gambling. Any account found to have been created by or for a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited without compensation.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

betcin is licensed to operate within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. Access to betcin from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under local law is not permitted. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of betcin complies with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create a betcin account, players must provide accurate and complete registration information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID
• Date of birth confirming the player is 21 years of age or older
• Valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO)
• Valid email address
• Preferred deposit method (GCash number, PayMaya, or PH bank account)

betcin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, during account reviews, or at any time betcin deems necessary for compliance purposes.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active betcin account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. betcin may close duplicate accounts and forfeit balances across all associated accounts upon detection.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their betcin login credentials, including their password, SMS OTP codes, and any biometric authentication methods linked to their account. betcin recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts holding real-money balances.

betcin will never request your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from betcin that solicits your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to betcin's support team immediately.

4.2 Account Accuracy

Players are required to keep their account information accurate and up to date. Changes to registered email address, mobile number, or payment details must be made through the Account Settings section of the betcin dashboard and may require additional identity verification before taking effect.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

A betcin account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. betcin reserves the right to deduct a monthly dormancy administration fee from dormant account balances, up to a maximum of ₱250 per month, after providing the player with prior written notice to their registered email address. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betcin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). betcin does not accept payments from third-party accounts — the deposit source must be registered in the player's own name and match the betcin account details.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the betcin account wallet in real time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours during standard Philippine banking hours. betcin does not charge deposit fees. Fees imposed by the player's bank or e-wallet provider are the player's own responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests by verified betcin accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within the same business day for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank transfers. Withdrawals are subject to:

1. Completion of applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses
2. Successful KYC verification of the account
3. The withdrawal method matching the player's registered identity
4. The withdrawal amount being within betcin's stated minimum and maximum limits for the selected payment method

betcin reserves the right to conduct additional security verification on withdrawal requests that trigger risk management thresholds. Such reviews will be completed within 24 hours unless additional documentation is required.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on betcin are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP / ₱). betcin does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied on the platform.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

betcin's promotional offers are available to eligible registered players as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. betcin reserves the right to exclude any account from promotional eligibility at its discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a betcin account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and game contribution rates are disclosed in the specific terms of each promotion. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

betcin prohibits the abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, hedging bets to exploit wagering requirements, or any other conduct betcin identifies as inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be excluded from future promotions.

07 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the betcin platform — including live dealer games, RNG slots, and instant games — are certified for fairness by PAGCOR-approved independent testing laboratories. The random number generators underlying betcin's RNG games are tested and verified to produce outcomes that are statistically random and free from manipulation.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

betcin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events with erroneous odds, bets that exceed stated account or market limits, and bets placed after the closure of a market. Sports betting odds are subject to change without notice until a bet is formally accepted and confirmed.

7.3 Void Bets and Disputes

If a game round or sports event is voided, cancelled, or abandoned, bets placed on that round or event will be refunded to the player's betcin wallet at the original stake amount. Disputes arising from game outcomes must be submitted to betcin's support team within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed outcome occurring.

7.4 Betting Limits

betcin imposes minimum and maximum bet limits per game category and per individual betting market. These limits are displayed within each game interface and betting market and may be adjusted by betcin without prior notice. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits prior to placing bets.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betcin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR:

• Registering an account using false, incomplete, or another person's identity information
• Registering or using betcin while under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with betcin's games or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games or odds to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or betcin employees in live dealer games or sports betting
• Using betcin for money laundering, fraud, or any activity in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act
• Abusing betcin's promotional offers, including through multi-accounting or systematic hedging
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment fraud in connection with betcin deposits
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing betcin staff or other players via live chat or any communication channel

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the betcin platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of betcin or its licensed game and content providers. No part of the betcin platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization from betcin.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betcin platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence terminates automatically upon account closure.

10 Privacy & Data

betcin collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with the betcin Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering a betcin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and account management.

betcin does not sell player personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data sharing is limited to what is required by PAGCOR regulations, payment processing partners operating within the Philippines, and legally compelled disclosures to Philippine government authorities. 11 Responsible Gaming

betcin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming directives. The following tools are available to all betcin account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their betcin account via Account Settings. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: betcin's responsible gaming system allows players to set session duration alerts that notify them when a defined gaming session length has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via betcin's Responsible Gaming tools. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for real-money gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from betcin for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently may request self-exclusion through betcin's support team. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betcin's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the betcin platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim. betcin shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or business arising from platform downtime or technical errors beyond betcin's reasonable control
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature
• Losses arising from the player's own failure to maintain account security
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or internet service providers
• Any event of force majeure, including acts of God, government orders, natural disasters, or PAGCOR regulatory directives

Nothing in this clause shall exclude betcin's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by betcin

betcin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betcin has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, that fraud or unlawful activity has occurred, that KYC requirements have not been satisfied, or that continuing to operate the account would create regulatory or compliance risk for betcin.

Upon suspension, betcin will notify the player via their registered email address and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final account closure decision is made, except where immediate closure is required to prevent further harm or where legally required by PAGCOR or Philippine authorities.

13.2 Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betcin's support team. Prior to closure, the player must withdraw any remaining real-money balance to their registered payment method. betcin will process the account closure request within five (5) business days of receiving it, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or compliance checks.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a player and betcin, the player must first submit a formal complaint to betcin's support team via live chat or by email to the address published on the betcin website. betcin will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within seven (7) business days.

If the player is not satisfied with betcin's response, they may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR, which maintains regulatory jurisdiction over betcin's operations and player dispute resolution in the Philippines. Players may contact PAGCOR directly for formal complaint escalation in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1602, Republic Act No. 9487, and applicable PAGCOR regulatory issuances.

The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from these Terms & Conditions, subject to the mandatory dispute escalation process set out in Section 14 above.

16 Amendments to These Terms

betcin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or betcin's operational policies. Material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address and/or via a notice displayed on the betcin website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Continued use of the betcin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a player does not accept the amended terms, they must close their account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
